Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Properties remain available for showings until a paid and approved application is received. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. We require your Security Deposit, any non-refundable pet fees, and your first month’s rent prior to your lease signing. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years old in the State of Texas to rent property. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is refundable, minus any outstanding bills or fees owed at the time of move-out. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
We have an online application available. Or you can stop by our office and pick one up! -
How do I pay rent?
We have an online Tenant Portal for your convenience. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Contact us to see what requirements the specific property may have. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Give us a call and we will have a conversation about it. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
All leases require a written 30 day’s (or more) notice of move-out. Once we receive the notice, we will contact you regarding any specifics. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
When there is damage or maintenance issues, at no fault of the Tenant, these are the owner’s responsibility.
