Am I required to make my property available to Section 8/HUD?
This is not a requirement. However, it is encouraged. -

We have an emergency after-hours phone. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Absolutely! Our online Tenant and Owner Portals make payments seamless. You’ll receive your payment via ACH as soon as the rent is processed. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Leases are available to owners upon request. If you have specific situations or addendums you'd like included in your leases, let’s discuss them—we’re happy to accommodate where possible! -
Do you sell real estate too?

How and when will I receive my payments?
We use electronic (ACH) payments for efficiency and convenience. Once the tenant’s rent is processed and any owner-responsible bills are paid, your payment will be promptly sent to you. -
How is rent collection handled?
Through our online portal system with RentManager. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Leases can be flexible in length to help our owners meet their goals. We do encourage a minimum of 12 month/1 year lease or longer. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
This can vary based on the Owner’s preferences. One month’s rent is encouraged. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
At your convenience! Give us a call, and let’s discuss how we can assist you. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family, duplex, fourplex, townhomes and growing! -
What types of reports will you receive, and how often?
Transparency is our priority. Through our Owner's Portal, you’ll have access to a wide variety of reports at all times. If there’s a specific report you need that isn’t readily available, simply give us a call—we’ll be happy to assist! -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We do. This ensures that any tenant-related damages or necessary maintenance repairs are addressed promptly at move-out, allowing us to re-lease your property as quickly as possible.
